 2013 YEAR IN REVIEW

 

It was a year of car crashes, plane crashes, boat crashes and server crashes.

It was a year of winners and people that came in second.

It was a year of ups, downs and sideways.

The crossings were...well...let me keep this clean.

I gotta tell ya: "We were ready to rumble!"

Before I begin, I would like to thank all those that host, participate and watch.

We need hosts to organize.

We need participants for things to happen.

And jeez. It's no fun unless somebody is watching!

Rumble Report - August, 2013

But then there was somebody called "Miley",

Who now has twerk in an alley.

First, thank you Ben, Fenix and Marianne for helping out. Everything went flawlessly!

August 1st:

Demolition Derby

Host: ADudeNamed Anthony

Everybody's favorite run, demolition derby baby! It's the carnage for the drivers, rubbernecking for the spectators and willful denial of insurance claims by the insurance companies! Somebody added some pyrotechnic effects at the end with some glowing particles. I am not sure who it was, but it looked great.

August 8th:

ANWR Run

Vehicle: Boats
Host: Fenix Eldritch

Winner - First Lag: Cyclops Region

Winner - Second Lag: Marianne McCann

 Yes, that's right. A region won the first race. It was last reported eating avatars, digesting them, then spewing them out somewhere in a private adult region at an unknown location on the grid.

August 15th:

Dennis 500

 This race was interesting as the bridge in Edgartown was stuck...again. Luckily it was only one side, so we just ran the race backwards and jumped it. Piece of cake. 

August 22nd:

You see, I was on the phone,
With a hippo at the petting zoo.

Before I give you the race results, I would like to inform you of some upcoming changes:

The Rumble now has a team. I would like to welcome Fenix Eldritch, Marianne McCann and Benjamen Wahl to the Rumble Rouser Team. Each Thursday night the host of the Rumble will be different.

First Thursday of the Month:
